Terms & Conditions – Kazamaza
Welcome to Kazamaza!
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the policies, rules, and guidelines that apply when you dine with us, place an order online, or use our pickup and delivery services.
By visiting our website, ordering online, or dining at Kazamaza, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Kazamaza is a locally owned restaurant based in Rhode Island, proudly serving handcrafted food, pasta, salads, and other freshly made dishes.
By accessing our website or using our services — including dine-in, takeout, or delivery — you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
These policies ensure a fair, consistent, and high-quality experience for all our customers.
To use Kazamaza’s online ordering or delivery services, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are under 18, your order must be placed by a parent or legal guardian.
By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading details may result in the cancellation of your order or denial of service.
Menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal ingredients and supply conditions.
While we strive to keep our online menu up-to-date, some items may occasionally be unavailable.
Prices listed do not include taxes, delivery fees, or gratuities.
Discounts, coupons, or special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Kazamaza reserves the right to modify or limit promotions at any time.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase, whether in-store or online.
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and select digital payment options.
Once food preparation has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
Please verify your order details carefully before confirming payment.
Kazamaza offers delivery within designated service areas in and around.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
Customers must provide a valid address and be available to receive their order.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, no response, or refusal to accept, the order will be canceled without refund.
Pickup times are scheduled at checkout. Please arrive promptly to ensure your meal is fresh and at its best quality.
Kazamaza is not responsible for the condition of food picked up more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time.
Customers must show a valid receipt or order confirmation when collecting their orders.
Because food is perishable, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case.
If there is an issue with your order — such as incorrect items or missing products — please contact Kazamaza within 24 hours.
Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind, uncollected, or refused orders once prepared.
We take allergies and dietary restrictions seriously, but please note that all food is prepared in a shared kitchen environment where cross-contamination may occur.
Customers must inform staff of any allergies or restrictions before ordering.
Kazamaza cannot guarantee completely allergen-free meals, and by ordering, customers acknowledge and accept this risk.
We expect all guests to treat our staff and other customers with courtesy and respect.
Kazamaza reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders in cases of abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
Fraudulent activity, coupon misuse, or false claims may lead to account restrictions or legal action.
Kazamaza’s website and online ordering systems are provided for customer use only.
Unauthorized access, hacking, or tampering with our systems is strictly prohibited.
All images, text, and content on the website are the property of Kazamaza and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
By using our site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Kazamaza gift cards are valid for purchases at our restaurant only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
Coupons, discounts, and promotions are time-limited and may not be combined unless specified.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions without notice.
Kazamaza accepts group reservations and offers catering for events, parties, and corporate gatherings.
Some large orders may require a deposit.
Cancellations should be communicated in advance — last-minute cancellations may incur fees to cover preparation costs.
By confirming a reservation or catering order, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.
Kazamaza is not responsible for losses, delays, or damages resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or third-party delivery services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
Kazamaza may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
